We do require a deposit to confirm any booking made.....and should you have a genuine reason and have to cancel your booking, we will always try to return the deposit to you, or try to arrange another date for your visit. On receipt of your balance, instructions for arrival and obtaining the key will be given along with written directions to the cottage (available in different font size).
